This monthly Sound Bath Session is held on the last Thursday of each month.
The sound bath offers you the opportunity to relax, unwind and rejuvenate to a deeply soothing array of sound instruments that will guide you on a journey into deep relaxation and healing.
Spaces are limited so please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment.
Mats and blanket are supplied, but if you prefer to bring your own, this is perfectly fine too.
