The Growth Collective Nottingham

The Growth Collective is a monthly mastermind for ambitious founders, directors and senior advisors who spend their working lives helping other businesses grow,

and rarely get the same focused attention on their own. It brings together a carefully selected group of people — consultants, founders, professional advisors — who understand that particular challenge because they are living it too.

Each session combines a short presentation on a topic relevant to growing a business with a mastermind discussion, where members bring real challenges to the table

and the room works through them together. The conversations are honest and the support is genuine, which is why the group works on Chatham House rules.

It is invitation only and deliberately limited to 22 members per session, because the quality of the room matters more than the size of it.

There are no strangers in the Growth Collective, only people who have not met yet.
